Swelling and BP?

I’m 36+3 weeks. I haven’t had any type of swelling and my blood pressure has been perfect all through pregnancy. My normal range is usually 110-120/60-70. Literally never had it higher. Today i noticed my hands are very swollen and almost numb and my feet are slightly the same, not as bad. I drink tons of water always and still have been. My BP is 135/90 which is the highest I’ve seen it. Is this normal for late pregnancy? I’ve been drinking extra water, elevating my feet, and taking breaks from sitting by walking around. It’s been like this all day. I’m going to take my BP again in an hour to check it.

UPDATE:

Went to L&D and got checked out. Baby is totally fine, my BP started out high but stabilized over an hour and a half of monitoring. They said just to rest the next 2 days and I have to collect my urine for 24 hours and bring it back there. Everything else looked great though!
