Anyone else’s kid?

So my 22m son has started this weird habit of insisting he put his belly on my belly ANY time I am sitting or laying in the couch. Don’t get me wrong it is cute and precious, but when I’m having a moment where I want my space it’s a little frustrating! I know he knows that he’s getting a brother or sister because he has been obsessed with stomach since I found out at 6 weeks and now I’m 16 weeks.

Whenever we talk about the baby, my 20 month old daughter will pick up my shirt to touch my belly - even on video chats when sometimes I don’t want to share my bare stomach!  She also says “out? Out?” To the baby and we have to keep telling her that it is going to be a while! She shows her belly a lot, but doesn’t make me touch stomachs, haha. Toddlers are just crazy.  Maybe try to find some other “game” he can do when you talk about the baby?

My first son was all over me like a rash during my second pregnancy and again now on my 3rd. But even at 18-22 months he understood when I sat him down and explained to him why I need a little more space than usual, I gave him other options to feel close to me like holding hands or trying/laying next to me instead of on me. You may have to keep reminding him every now and again.

My son is 13 months. He knows what baby means and that there is one in my belly. 
Every morning he lifts my shirt up and kisses my stomach lol

Right now my daughter (she’s near 3) insists on tickling the baby every night for bedtime or just to chill haha but frustrating especially when I get comfy and I have to move to allow her to tickle the baby 😂
