They were ready to get me a csection when my labor was not progressing but my husband and I said no we can wait. Just give my body time and stop rushing me with all these meds and surgeries. I felt like they wanted to just go home and get my prolonged labor over with...

Anywho , I was able to go against doctors orders of c section in the end after failed cervidil and their aggressive max pitocin dosage. I used epidural though which was my life saver cause pitocin contractions are no joke! 😳 When it was time to push , I didn’t feel pain just urge to push and pressure. Delivery was so smooth. Not a single tear and hypnobirthing playlist worked too 👍🏽
