Making Changes!

I posted a while back about trying to start a new routine. Well today I found a new motivation.

I want to keep up with my daughter. I NEED to keep up with her. I want to be able to run around with her.

I'm cutting down on carbs and fats and adding more water to my daily intake. I'm going to try and do a mini home workout at least 4 days a week and increase that as I gain more endurance.

I'm going to try and and keep my goals small. That way it feels less daunting. My first mini goal is to complete the first month and lose at least 5 pounds. (I'm almost 50 lbs over weight.)

If anyone has recommendations for a good workout for beginners please let me know.

Been a few years since I stopped regularly working out.
