I’m due with my first child the end of August and I’m stressing if I should have a bay shower or not because of the pandemic. What is everyone doing for baby showers in July?

I’m having a shower at my house with close family and friends on July 25th. We have the space and it’s about 25-30 people coming. I’m in Illinois and we are moving forward into phase 4 starting July 1st where you can have gatherings of up to 50 people.

Cancelled our baby shower and bought all the essentials and furnishings for the baby on our own. I preordered all the decor which I’ll be using for his naming ceremony if pandemic clears out or his first birthday. You should do a shower if you want help fulfilling your baby registry. Research on virtual or drive-by baby showers, anyone who did either one had an awesome experience.
