Extreme lower back pain in right side
Has or does anyone else have this?! Feels like something in my back is broken like it’s sitting on top of each other and rubbing together when I move a certain way. It’s so bad it’s locking me up till I can get the nerve to move again. I have been to the chiropractor two times but it feels worse then before. Help me?! 😭 I don’t know what else I can do.
