Cramps or gas?

Is anyone else just in constant pain? ( not terrible but enough to effect my day and NO bleeding) This is some combo of gas, cramps or constipation but ya girl is OVER IT! Any helpful advice? I take Tylenol on occasion but I try to limit meds.

Peppermint tea, ginger tea, warm baths, gas-tax, extra fiber (psyllium, leafy greens, metamucil), etc...but otherwise some of the cramping and gas is just hormones and you cant do a whole lot. It does alleviate a bit come the second trimester or near the end of the first.
