Answer

Enfamil is an extremely common formula to use. Perfectly fine and FDA regulated (like all other formula brands). Formula is one of the most strictly regulated food items on the market. There is VERY little difference nutritionally between Enfamil, Similac, Gerber, Parents’ Choice, etc. I personally used Nutramigen made by Enfamil with my daughter in combination with breastfeeding. It’s a hypoallergenic formula that we had to use because my daughter had a dairy allergy.
