Leak through a tampon no matter what?

Anybody else feel like every single time you wear a tampon and even put a new one in, you still always leak each time? I always get blood on my panties and it’s annoying because the reason I use tampons is because I hate the feel of a pad or panty liner... What could be the problem? Is there a way I could be putting it in wrong?

I have to use a pad and tampon on heavy days

Try going up a size so if you’re using regulars go to super etc. I had the same issue and that worked for me

I always wear a tampon and a liner just in case there’s some leakage. You’re probably not wearing the correct size. Try changing it more frequently or try a different brand and size.

Could be the one you are wearing is it for a heavy flow? Also try a different brand because not every brand can hold the same amount. You may even try a diva cup or something similar.

Try a different brand of tampons. I cant use the ones that only open side to side. I have to use the 360 kind. You also may be wearing the wrong size or leaving it in to long
