My parents are horders they have been my entire life. They have ruined so much stuff we had to move 2 times growing up becuse the floors were caving in from all the stuff also they were both very obese so it was hard on the floor as well.

They moved in after my grandparents passed away and turned my sanctuary to a disaster zone till they ruined it and had to move again it got bulldozed down it was so bad. I'm 25 now and I'm having to learn new habits stay clean do laundry wash dishes I have come a long ways and my house is clean but it's still a learning process but I worry about them they live citys away and I k ow they lie and say the house is clean and it's not becuse they always did that when I was growing up I dont know how to help them I can barely help myself
