12 DPO GOING ON 2ND DAY OF MISSED PERIOD.

First response test was kinda wonky the control line looked funky so didn't see a positive. However after I peed I wiped and very light pinkish orange on the toliet paper. Wiped a second time nothing . Is this just Aunt Flo coming on or could it be possible implantation ?
