Hi, I ovulated on CD15 this month and I’m currently on CD 21, but as you can see from the OPK below my LH levels have stayed consistently high since CD15.

I’ve just come off birth control after being on it for about 10 years. Last month was my first month off and I didn’t ovulate at all (it darkened but no peak). This month has been the opposite, I got a super clear peak but my levels have stayed high since.

Is this normal? What does it mean? Do I have a long fertile window or are my hormones still up the left from being on birth control for so long?
