Chemical - 2 weeks later pain on right side

I’m trying not to worry myself but I keep getting a dull ache / stabbing pain on my lower right abdomen. It’s lasted 2 days now. Not severe, just annoying and radiates to my legs & round to my back.

I had a chemical 2 weeks ago, bled for 7 days and my pregnancy tests are now negative. I got scanned back in January and there were no cysts / nothing wrong.

Has anyone else had that? I read that miscarriages can affect pelvic area but I don’t know if one happening that early could affect anything? 😢.

I’ll phone doctor tomorrow if it’s not gone.
