Ultrasound help.

Hello all. I had a ultrasound today due to pain on my left side, well when I got the ultrasound done I got a external and internal one. The lady who gave me them was a student. she and I both saw a sac looking thing , and I asked her if it meant I’m early on in pregnancy. She said she can’t tell me that and to wait for my dr to call me?? I took a photo and circled where it is the best I can, it’s circled in red which is the thing that she called the sac. but these photos are crappy as I was rushing to take them. Am I possibly pregnant? Last period was about 4 weeks ago. Thanks xx 😘
