I got my results back from my CD3 FSH levels and my doctor said this month it was 11. She said it’s slightly elevated and mentioned it’s probably due to stress.

even though I’m not feeling stressed maybe I am a little and just don’t realize it. I am a teacher doing online learning so maybe my body is a little stressed even though I don’t feel like I am.

she recommended I take magnesium which is a good pill for stress as well as to take some hot baths with epsom salt.

I am doing an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> this month, I’m on CD7, so far I have 6 follicles growing, 3 bigger ones. Will it not work if my FSH is at 11??
