Positive or negative?

Hey guys 
So I took a test and after 2 minutes it started to appear a really faint line however I left my wee on the side and with much nerves I went to get another test and used the same wee however it seems to appear to be negative now ? Should I test again?

Test again with fresh urine it's only good for 30 mins kept warm
