Good vitamins/supplements for energy??
To all my ladies out there who are CONSTANTLY exhausted and have no energy all though you feel like you get plenty of sleep, what do you do or take to feel good and energized? I’m not really looking for energy drinks, but maybe a change in diet or a good vitamin or maybe some kind of drink that’s not red bull or monster or anything.
It just seems like no matter how much rest or sleep I get, I’m still so tired and have no energy the next day.
Any suggestions are appreciated!!😊
