Hi just looking to see if anyone is experiencing the same as us if so how you are coping with it?

So we have a 4 year old boy was so easy to conceive him (had 2 pregnancies within 7 months,) but now we are struggling to conceive again, 18 months later and nothing, it's so difficult each month and getting harder. The thing is since having my son iv gone on to suffer with alopecia (it started when I stopped taking the pill) the drs said at the start that it shouldn't effect my fertility but I just have a feeling it's not helping. I just dont know what I can do now. Anyone have any experience or advice?
