So my moms got this pretty big red rash on her leg. She hasn’t been outside doing anything out of the usual, but it popped up around Friday and I’m not sure because she never showed me when it started, but she showed me today and it looks bad. She’s 60 and she’s also diabetic but she doesn’t monitor her sugars at all and only takes the medications her dr gave her, but she’s not on insulin. I’m not a skin expert so I told her she should call her doctor but she’s the type to wait till it’s really bad to go in. She’s been using a steroid cream on it since Friday as well and she says it hasn’t gone away or gotten better.

The skin feels bumpy and she says it’s been itchy, this goes about half way around her leg and the side looks almost bruised and it’s not raised.
