Month after miscarriage

Wondering if anyone has stories about their bodies or pregnancy after miscarriage. I miscarried May 7th and currently waiting for my next cycle to start. I actually didn’t ovulate until around the 30th of May because I wanted to track when I would ovulate again. Doctor doesn’t have me on any restriction for trying, just wanted to make sure I had a negative beta hCG before trying again. I would currently be 8 DPO if I went by my ovulation. I just am so ready for my body to be back on track.
