PLEASE HELP

I’m 13 and yesterday I had sex with a guy and I don’t know how old he was but he looked 17-20 I was drunk at a party and it wasn’t my first time but I regret it. I don’t remember what his name is and I just feel so guilty and regretful about it. Please give me advise about how to forget about it or stop regretting it. I’m already 3 beers into the night I really wanna forget this. Help
