Can anyone tell me what this could be please, after this it went back to a white creamy consistency but it’s now cottage cheese like so was thinking thrush, it’s currently white with grey bits in it, there is also quite a lot, I’ve never experienced this before so I’m a little concerned but I’m not sure if I should make an appointment to get checked out, I’m a bit embarrassed
