I can’t figure out his eye color for the life of me !

What would you say his eye color is? They used to be blue, they changed when he was two months and have been this color ever since! (Multiple pictures for different lighting!) I’m just wondering for drivers license purposes in the future (I know that’s a long time from now) and just in case, I don’t know what color these would be considered. Dad has brown eyes, I have blue.
