If so & you expressed this to them, how did it turn out? Like.. did it change and become better or never changed at all?

I thought I did, but in reality he just showed he cares a different way than me. We talked and learned to compromise a bit and we’re happier than ever. I don’t think either of us care more, we just show it differently

Yes. I had a douchebag ex boyfriend who I used to have to beg to love me. He was cheating on me right in front of my eyes and I still refused to believe/accept it. We lived together. He eventually did the right thing and broke up with me but I was so dumb for staying as long as I did.

My current boyfriend and I went through this. We were both getting out of long term relationships when we got together. I knew from the start he was the one and gave him everything. He wasn’t sure, he even talked to other girls. Things slowly got better and after we lost our twins that was it, something switched in him. Two years later we are about to welcome our little girl into the world. Some people are worth fighting for. Some people aren’t.
