Baby grabbing and scratching back of neck

My 7.5 month old always grabs at the back of his neck and makes it bleed. Does anyone else’s baby do this?

Im a little worried maybe his neck is hurting and he needs a chiropractic adjustment. He was a csection baby because I couldn’t get dilated past 6cm. His head sat stuck in the same position in my cervix for so long that it began to swell so we did a csection last minute. They pulled his out with forceps. The back of his head has always looked odd shaped to me although the pediatrician isn’t worried about it at all.

I just worry about him so much being a first time mom.
