Can i still get pregnant?

I am 57 days late. Last time I took a pregnancy test was when I was 2 weeks late and it was negative. I was diagnosed with PCOS so it’s not like this is abnormal. I’m just curious, if I were to try for a baby, is it still possible to get pregnant even without having a period for so long??

So I assumed that it was not possible, but was proven very wrong when I got pregnant in April 2020! I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 14. Got married at 19, and was TTC beginning in 2017 until I got pregnant in April 2020. 
Prior to falling pregnant, I had my last period in September 2019 and had not had one since. I guess my body ovulated on its on without a period (PCOS is weird) and that is how I got pregnant in early April. Later found out on April 16, and I am now 12 weeks as of tomorrow!
So yes, it happens somehow 🤷🏼‍♀️
