Per the app I should have ovulated yesterday and sometimes I will have ovulation spotting.

But I can’t tell if this is because of ovulation or rough sex. My period ended on may 31st so there’s no way this should be an actual period but I am getting cramping in my back and the downstairs.

My husband and I had rough sex Saturday and I want to say I might have a bruised cervix. I saw blood in the toilet and am spotting, as well as cramping. We did use a toy here and there and I think he got a little carried away with it.

Anyone ever have this happen? I am scared to keep trying this week but am also afraid if we dnt we miss out.
