OK so I have a question My fiancé and I made an agreement that we would work on our credit so that we would be able to get either land or a house together I have been the only one working on my credit he has slacked off my credit is now at a place where I want it to be so my question is is it wrong of me to want to buy land or a house in my name not for us to live in but to flip and rent out to have a second income would I be wrong to want something in just my name even though I’m engaged to be married??i feel like if I continue waiting for him I’ll be at a standstill because he’s not focused at all
