I love the name pronounced "Roo-so" but don't want people to mess it up when trying to read it. My name was unique as a kid and it was constantly mispronounced so I want to avoid that with my son haha please help!

Definitely not Russo because that would be RUSS-o. Emphasis on the wrong syllable totally changes the pronunciation.
Rusoe is the closest of these options to the pronunciation you want. I would probably pronounce it right from that spelling. 
But unless you spell it Rousseau then it’s going to be mispronounced some of the time.
