I’m new to Ovulation Testing, is this a negative? Glow says it is.

My line on Sunday was darker than the c line for Monday it was the same as the c line so I don't think my app was so right about my ovluation cuz my periods switch up some times

Yes it's negative, for it to be positive, both lines need to  be the same shade of colour (your test line may even become darker than the control line). Some people get a gradual rise in LH, others get a sudden, some get more than 1!
