IUD Removal

Should I get my IUD removed? I’ve had 2 IUDs in the past 5 years (skyla) and I’ve had some ups and downs. My biggest problem is that I have chronic yeast infections and UTIs. I never had a yeast infection or a UTI before getting the IUD. I’ve tried everything to keep from getting them, but they keep coming back. I feel like it has also lowered my libido too. I am petrified of getting pregnant though and the pill, shot, and implant are off the table for me after talking with my doctor. The Nuvaring is the only one I could do, but I’ve heard some bad stuff about it. I am sexually active (with the same partner) and I’m afraid of not being on BC. What would you do? I’m so tired of suffering, but I don’t know if the pros of getting off BC outweigh the cons.
