Any advise would be appreciated

My GYNO recently diagnosed me with PCOS and I feel like she wasn’t very thorough in her explanation. Like I have no idea if I have insulin resistance and all these other things I’ve been reading about. I made an appt with my family doctor, she’s really great about addressing my concerns but I don’t know what all to ask about. I’m kind of overwhelmed and I’m also trying to conceive. I would really appreciate any advice on what are good questions to ask. Thank you 🥰
