Csection or vaginal for twins?

What’s your plan or how did you deliver your twins? Looking for recommendations as I can’t decide what’s best for me and my OB keeps asking. I’m 33weeks and 3 days and the OB wants a decision by the next appointment. Help!

I had my di/di twins vaginally. No issues.

I wanted to do vaginal. But baby B was measuring bigger than A and transverse with her back up. The risk of cord prolapse was too great if her water broke before they could turn her so we trusted our Dr and went with the csection. 
I was pretty sad about it because our first was an unmediated vaginal delivery but it’s what was safest.

I had both boys (mono/di) vaginally at 36w5d. I am so happy that I did, because when I first found out I was pregnant with twins, I thought a C-section was the only way to go. Pushing two babies out of my body seemed impossible and too painful. But it was so rewarding. Not to say that c-sections can't be rewarding ♥️ all birth brings your babies into the world and it's amazing! I got the epidural and I'm so glad that I did! It helped so much with the pain. The only thing is that you don't feel the pain, but you feel SO MUCH pressure in your lady parts while babies are coming out. It's insane.

I'm scheduled for a c-section at 38 weeks as both babies are breech. If they turn around I will go for a vaginal birth.

I had my girls vaginally because I got lucky enough for them both to be head down!! However, the did move me to the OR just in case because if you push out one baby, there is a possibility of the other twin switching positions once they have more room in there!!

How are babies positioned? Are you comfortable having both because that’s a possibility when you go vaginal

My boys were both breech when the time came, so csection it was.  But had they both been head down, we would have gone for vaginal.  If one was breech and the other head down, we decided to still go with a csection.  I discussed the options with my husband and dr and considered input from both to make my decision.
