Patch/pregnancy symptoms??

For the past few months that I have been on the patch, my side effects have taken a turn for the worse. Don’t get me wrong, my side effects were already not great lol but I experience side effects with every single birth control, so it didn’t bother me. However, now I notice in the first two days that I change every patch, my mood swings are HORRIBLE, I feel terribly nauseous, and weak. Every single time. Nausea is something that I’ve been experiencing pretty frequently lately, along with a terribly upset stomach and diarrhea pains (some with diarrhea, some with constipation???), headaches on and off. I also become extremely nauseous when I smoke (weed), my mouth instantly waters as soon as I inhale and I feel like I’m going to throw up. It makes me wonder if maybe it is something else, such as pregnancy. I know birth control can give you pregnancy symptoms but it’s too many to count. Yes, I do still regularly get a “period” when I take off my patch, but I know it’s not a natural period. Would that still occur if you are pregnant?
