Getting Period While Pregnant??

Hey guys! I’ve heard of women who are pregnant but still got their periods throughout their pregnancy. Has this ever happened to anyone? Or anyone you know? 
I’m just wondering because based on everything I’ve read it’s not possible but yet there’s stories out there!

Technically it’s not a period but some women do bleed while pregnant. While I was pregnant with my daughter I had a lot of bleeding the first 2 weeks of pregnancy. I was even told it might be an ectopic pregnancy but it wasn’t and my baby is 14 months old now.

I bled through a lot of my first trimester I started spotting at week 7 then passed a bunch of blood and clots on week 8, 9, and 10 I’m now 20 weeks and baby is happy and healthy and growing! My doctor said some women just bleed, but thankfully I haven’t had any bleeding since week 10

Its impossible. A period is the shedding of your uterine lining. If pregnant, an embryo attaches to that so no lining means no baby.
But it is possible to bleed in early pregnancy and some women (especially those who aren't actively ttc) will think its just their period changing.
