Hip pain & cramps early pregnancy
Can any ladies relate? I just found out that I am expecting. For 2 days, I’ve been cramping on and off where it stops me dead in my tracks. The cramps are super uncomfortable, sometimes painful. At night when I’m sleeping, the pain wakes me up every 2 hours & I can’t seem to find a good position. Usually, I’m a side sleeper, but my hips are in pain. Is this normal? Should I be worried?
