BLOODY PIO

I had my pio shot his morning and when I took out my shot a lot of blood came out (more than usual) it’s usually just a little dot, but this one was like ran down a little.... but as I cleaned it up it stopped and not much came out anymore it was just so fast!! Is this bad)?? Has this happens to anyone I am nervous
