Labor Signs? Hospital Visit?

35 weeks exactly today. 
Occasional aching / menstrual like cramps (?) in lower back, hips (front and back, switches) 
Occasional pressure waaay down - feels like baby is trying to push out
Diarrhea (fair amount) once last night, once this morning so far.

I mean maybe but there’s definitely no need to call or go in until you’re actually in labor. Even then it’s best to labor at home as long as you can.

I’ve been feeling the same things. I think its just our body and baby getting ready. I’m going to be waiting until either A-water breaks or B-consistent and steady contractions. Not that I know what a contraction feels like LOL but feel like I’ll know when it actually starts happening.
