Period cramps still pregnant?

I’m two days away from AF. Had cramping today and had cramps a few day’s ago. Negative tests though. Could I still get a positive with cramps?

Just thought the same.... I thought I was 100% pregnant, all 5 tests I took negative, af showed up this morning... I had pregnancy symptoms for weeks prior, even spotting 5 dpo, I thought it was implantation bleeding. I also had a UTI. Even though af showed up this morning, I’m still having terrible cramps and pain,nausea... I went to sleep last night in peace with thinking, “ok, maybe I am pregnant” but woke up to reality. 🥺 just relax up AF is supposed to show up... if you’re a week late and still showing negative tests, make an appointment with you OB.

Answer

It could be your period coming, but it could also be a symptom of pregnancy. I had a lot of cramping my entire first trimester.
