What do Braxton Hicks feel like for you?

I am currently 31 weeks and 2 days and I feel like I haven’t had any Braxton Hicks. Or maybe I just don’t know what they feel like? 
This is my first and would love to know what to possibly expect! TIA

Some women won’t experience having Braxton Hicks with my first I never had any. I only had Braxton Hicks with my second and this pregnancy but it just feels like tightening in your belly and it doesn’t last that long. I’ve experienced some a little more painful but mostly it’s just extremely uncomfortable.

I didn't have these with my first. But this pregnancy they started around week 30? I feel like my whole belly area is bring squeezed in then it releases. Lol it's a super weird feeling. And they've been getting more intense since then (but not painful) . I'm 35 weeks now.

Tightening of my ab muscles. It ramps up then subsides. Doesn't hurt
