Yes that is normal in a pregnancy and don’t be surprised if you also get stuffy nose. I have headaches on and off. Stuff nose for a few months now and dry mouth but that could be due to allergies and this hot weather. Just as long as you don’t get like a fever. I usually put a cold cloth to cool off and drink allot of water to keep hydrated.
