After birth sex life?

So I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and my bf and I were talking about the birth and stuff when he said “we’re not having sex for a long time after you give birth” and I’m like oh okay cool because I need to heal right (first time mom) and he’s like no because your vagina is gonna be torn and huge. And I was like 😐😐😐 and he said how it’ll be weird because it’s never going to go back to the same size and blah blah blah and I brushed it off but come to think about it, that was kinda mean and idk if that’s true about it not going back to the same size but I just needed to rant because it kinda upset me how he said that. Maybe I’m just being crazy.
