A few days ago I noticed my labia had white, kind of chunky(kinda looked like small pieces of toilet paper), discharge. I went to the doctor to be tested for an STD. They had me pee in a cup. Then the doctor asked if I was in a monogamous relationship, I said yes, but it only started 4 weeks ago.

He told me I was lowrisk for an std and he wasn't going to do a pelvic exam. He gave me a prescription for a yeast infection, and said "your pee is clean"

Should I go for a pelvic exam. I feel like he wasn't really taking my concern that seriously. It was also my family doctor. I couldn't get an appointment with my OB/GYN.
