Early 2nd tri

I hate the early second trimester where theres not a lot going on. You cant feel baby much yet and waiting for anatomy scan is torture to know everything is 100% okay.. I am consistently anxious if babies okay after having a miscarriage prior to my first born. We conceived first round thankfully this time with no issues so far but I have HG so I think it makes anxiety worse...
