RARE BLEEDING, HAD HYSTERECTOMY

My mother has had a hysterectomy years ago, a couple of days ago she started pee and she wiped blood, she has been to the doctor and currently waiting on results, why is she bleeding? Has anyone had any experience or know anyone with this experience??
