Fever???

So my thermometer says 99.5 but my whole body feels hot and it is hot in my house and inside. But my head doesn't feel hot. Does that mean I could be sick or is it just because it's hot. My temp never goes above 98 unless I'm sick that I've noticed and I have been feeling sick all day so I'm not sure. Like I have no cough or sneeze (besides regular allergies). Like last night, it was hot no doubt. But it was so hot that I could not sleep and had ice all over me and still burning up and Everytime I started drifting off, I'd be shocked awake and breath in really heavy like I hadn't been breathing while I was drifting. Im pregnant. Giving birth next week to twin girls. So, I just hope this is a pregnancy thing or a 24 hour thing like I had with the stomach flu a few of months ago. I just feel miserable. And no it's not like difficult to breathe it just was last night because I felt like the inside of me was on fire but I had no temperature. But no coughing at all. And my nose is stopped up but again, I have allergies and this weather and all this wind ain't helping matter. That and the neighbors cats hang around. But I like animals I just can't touch them because ever since I got pregnant I feel like my throat closes tight and I itch everywhere when I touch them or when they get on me. Not to the point to where it's life threatening reaction. Just annoying.

I AM AWARE 100.4 IS A FEVER IN ADULTS LIKE I SAID 99 IS TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT FOR ME SINCE MY TEMP STAYS AT 97/98 UNLESS IM SICK
