Pregnant with baby 3 and I have hypermesis so I'm usually grabbing the trash can all day. Looking to hire a house cleaner that comes once a week but I feel so awkward?

Like what do you do when they're cleaning? Go in a different room? Chill on the couch? Do I provide a list of what needs done or do I tell them when they get here? Do they usually do dishes/laundry? I'm totally inexperienced here.

I'm not outspoken so I feel bad telling people "do this, clean that!" LOL.
