How likely is it that a uti can cause false positive pregnancy tests?

How likely is it that a uti can cause false positive pregnancy tests? I kinda think I have a uti and its scaring me because I know that they can make you miss periods. The only symptoms of uti that I've had is a lot of back and rib pain and frequently having to pee. But I am also 3mpp. Please help... if this is false I'm going to cry 😢

I had a FAINT positive that ended up being some blood in my urine from a kidney stone, but these looks super positive. I would definitely go see your doctor!

I literally had the exact same thing happen I had a UTI but also had a bunch of positive tests I had some brown spotting went to the Er and the doctor got an attitude with me and told me a UTI can give you a positive test and that I was just starting my period and to go home and go to my primary care for antibiotics then just stormed out of the room before I could ask questions
