Vivid dreaming
My whole life I've been an active dreamer but it always seems like the week before and during my period I dream more often than not. To the point where sleeping is actually exhausting because it feels like I have a whole other life! Alot of the time its SUPER vivid. Anyone se feel this way because my friends cant relate lol
