For the last two days, and definitely today, I’ve had the sensation that my period was coming. Lower backache, dull cramping occasionally in my uterus, and constant period like cramps in my vagina and sometimes even seemingly
Near my rectum. They aren’t painful or come and go. They are constant. I’m not sure if i should be concerned or🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ this game
Is not a fun one.

Sometimes false labor can go on for days or even weeks. If you have more than 5 contractions in an hour, you should reach out to your care provider since that can cause the cervix to dilate. 
Some other things to check out: if you take a warm bath or lay down and contractions stop, it's false labor. If it's real, you should see an increase in intensity no matter what you do. Look at the toilet paper when you wipe. If you have blood or mucus, you may be dilating and it might be real labor. If your waters have broken, you need to reach out ASAP since it can increase the risk of infection whether you're in labor or not.

You should time them if it continues over an hour you definitely need to call your OB or go into L&D to be seen and monitored. I was just experiencing this couple days ago I’m 32 weeks pregnant but also had tmi diarrhea as well I’ve had contractions that were lasting over an hour and was seen by my OB who said I’m not in preterm labor and I was dehydrated which was causing me to have consistent contractions. But it’s better to be safe and be seen to make sure your not in labor.
